Darryl is truly a unique racquet sports professional, having earned the distinction of Master Professional with both USPTA and PTR – one of less than 20 professionals worldwide to earn this honor. Darryl is also certified by USPTA in Platform Tennis, and by both USPTA and PPR in pickleball. He has completed advanced education and received specialty certifications as a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist, and a USTA High Performance Coach. He has served as a volunteer with USPTA and PTR, and currently serves as the Head Coach Developer for USPTA Southern Pickleball.  Darryl is a leader in coach education and enjoys his work of expanding the knowledge of racquet sports professionals, and contributing to the continuing growth of tennis, and the racquets sports industry overall.

Darryl’s professional experience includes all areas of the racquet sports industry, including private country clubs, corporate clubs, public parks, resorts, with the United States Tennis Association, and with the 1996 Olympic Games Committee in his role as a member of the management team that ran the tennis event at the Atlanta Olympic Games.
